When you have two properties with vary similar p/h (both green or blue), you should ALWAYS buy the lowest priced one because of the time involved to generate the income to buy the second one AND the lost income accured in that time.

To save money you should always buy business, empty lots etc in chunks of 10. When you buy 1 property the price will increase after each one you buy, if you buy them in chunks of 10 you will get them all 10 for the price listed instead of having an increase in price between them all. You can save hundreds of millions, or even billions this way.
